Our parking solution for Rathbone Square was the fully automatic parking system MasterVario R3L from KLAUS Multiparking.

In cooperation with the British construction and real estate company Lendlease, MAKE Architects, KLAUS Multiparking Germany and DPS UK, the perfect parking solution was worked out. Rathbone Square is located in Central London, near Oxford Street.

This extraordinary building complex has been developed for high-end apartments and the most exclusive commercial spaces, including Facebook's new headquarters. With 79 vehicles including charging stations for electric vehicles, it is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Very fast access times are made possible by two entry and exit cabins, which like the system itself - are designed large enough to accommodate small transport vehicles.

An integrated turning system ensures that the vehicles are conveniently positioned in the cabin in the direction of the exit when parked.
